About Me:

Hi, I’m Katie.

I believe that lasting wellness begins with compassion – for yourself, your body, and your unique journey. For years, I struggled to find balance with my health, both physically and mentally. Between depression, anxiety, people pleasing, undiagnosed ADHD, and cycles of restricting and binge eating, I felt overwhelmed and disconnected from my own body. It wasn’t until I discovered integrative nutrition and transformational life coaching that everything changed. I learned how to listen to and nourish my body, heal my mind, create space for transformation, and break free from old patterns – and now, I’m passionate about helping others do the same.

My Why:

I’ve always been deeply passionate about health and wellness, but for years I was overwhelmed by trying to successfully integrate this knowledge into my daily life. The biggest shift came when I learned to embrace a holistic approach to wellness. It wasn’t just about the food I was eating or how much I was exercising, it was about all of it – my relationships, my environment, my career, stress management, self-compassion, my mindset. When I finally stopped beating myself up for “failing”, I was able to take the pressure off and get curious about what was holding me back rather than judging myself. I realized I’m not unique in feeling this way and I wanted to help people learn how to love all the parts of themselves, as I have learned to. It is deeply freeing to feel a sense of self-trust and know that you are living in alignment with the most authentic version of yourself. I am here to support you on your journey. You deserve to live your best life, whatever that might look like, and I can help you get there.

I Believe In:

1.       Tiny Habits – Change should start small and feel manageable. An accumulation of many baby steps can create an entirely new reality over time – one that is fulfilling and sustainable.

2.       Alignment – Living your values through authentic choices can transform your life. When you live a life that is true to you, you’ll gain freedom, balance, and clarity about your own unique journey.

3.       Self-Compassion – The root of it all. A necessary part of this entire process. Without it, meaningful and lasting change is impossible. The kinder we are to ourselves, the more we will learn, grow, and change.

My coaching philosophy is simple: wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. I believe in addressing the whole person — body, mind, and soul. With a holistic approach to nutrition and inner transformation, I focus on personalized plans that allow you to find balance, live in alignment with your values, and experience a life of gratitude and abundance.
